RatingBuddy provides tools for businesses and retail brands to facilitate customer review submission and internal private feedback collection. Customers always maintain full discretion to edit and submit reviews using their own personal Google accounts.
3. User Conduct & Authenticity
Users agree not to use RatingBuddy for fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited practices. Review assistance options are provided solely to remove typing friction for real customers.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscription plans grant access to enhanced merchant features including custom QR standees, smart review tools, and growth analytics. Billing is processed securely through compliant payment gateways.
5. No Refund Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, and renewals on RatingBuddy are instant digital software services. As digital access, Standee generation assets, and marketing features are provisioned immediately upon transaction completion, all payments are strictly non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated billing.
